Glamping in Broken Bow

After a bit of a hiatus from traveling, we decided to take a road trip to Broken Bow, Oklahoma. We rented a cabin in the woods and just decompressed for a few days.  The “cabin” was really more of a french-styled cottage with a full kitchen, a grill on the back deck, and a hot tub. Beaver’s Bend State Park is nearby with lots of hiking trails–we stopped by planning to just take a quick nature trail and ended up hiking for a few hours.  Other than a stop at Grateful Dead Pizza on the way home (which came highly recommended and did not disappoint), we cooked all our own meals.  I’m looking forward to returning this fall with a group and renting a larger cabin–so much fun!

The cabin is called Maison de Crique and we rented it through Hidden Hills Cabins.
